Biography
Jamie DeRollo returned to her alma mater, Modesto Junior College in 2016 as their Head Athletic Trainer and Faculty Member, teaching their Sports Medicine students and providing healthcare to their 21 athletic teams. Prior to that Jamie was the Head AT at San Joaquin Delta College for almost 9 years. Prior to that she worked in the high school and clinic settings and has had the opportunity to work the World Special Olympics in Los Angeles the summer of 2016. Jamie is completed her Doctorate of Athletic Training degree at Temple University in August 2018. She earned her Masters of Business Administration from South University in Healthcare Administration and graduated from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training. Before Fresno she played soccer at Modesto Junior College, where she got into the athletic training field and graduated from there with both an Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degrees. Jamie serves as the Parliamentarian for the California Athletic Trainers Association (CATA) and is the Big 8 AT representative for the California Community College Athletic Trainers Association (CCCATA). She is also the Community College Chair for the Intercollegiate Council of Sports Medicine (ICSM) a national committee.
