Biography
Because reading is an activity that offers opportunities for transformation in college and life, I consider it a true privilege to teach Reading here at MJC.
Prior to MJC, I taught English in every grade from 7th-12th and to adults in night school. I also spent a year teaching overseas at the International School of Kabul in Afghanistan. I have a B.A. in General Studies from Trinity Western University in British Columbia and an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Reading from California State University Stanislaus.
