I am the new Director of Mental Health & Wellness here at Columbia College. I started as a faculty part-time mental health counselor in fall of 2022. I have been providing mental health counseling to enrolled students, facilitating groups, workshops and outreach to students in order to provide a a safe place of support, education, strategies, tools and skills to navigate various mental health concerns.

Biography
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I have over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field varying from educational settings, private practice, outpatient substance abuse programs and inpatient psychiatric care. I also have 10 years of experience working with students with disabilities.
2009 Chapman University with a Master's Degree in Psychology with a Marriage and Family Therapy emphasis.
2007 Chapman University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology
2004 Columbia College with an Associate of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies
