Biography
I started welding in as a freshman in high school. After High School I took the entrance exam for the Plumbers and Steam Fitters Union. I had a 20-year career as a Steam Fitter until an illness forced me into retirement.
After retirement I was lucky enough to land an adjunct position at MJC that I truly enjoy. Recently I was hired as a full-time temporary instructor at Columbia College. Whether you are here to hone your welding skills or trying to develop skills for a career. You have chosen the right place. Our welding department is here to help you accomplish your goals. The best part of being an instructor is seeing you take the skills you have learned and use them in or as part of your life's journey.
