Biography
My career in the Hospitality Industry began when I was 16 years old. This career path has taken me up and down California and to Maui and back. I'm blessed to have found my calling as I enjoy sharing my knowledge, enthusiasm, and the theories of the culinary arts with my students.
I'm also honored to be part of our Rising Scholars Program. I have taught Culinary classes at the Vallecito Fire Camp and I'm currently teaching Sociology classes at Sierra Conservation Center.
I also serve as our Academic Senate President.
